We are a growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) in Houston, TX. We deliver IT support, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Our motto: Service is our Passion / Security is our Priority.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician to provide advanced technical support, resolve escalated tickets, and deliver excellent customer service. You'll work on desktops, servers, networks, and Microsoft 365 environments while mentoring Level 1 technicians.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated helpdesk tickets
  • Support MacOS, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Windows Server
  • Manage Active Directory / Azure AD, user accounts, and permissions
  • Perform patching, endpoint security, and system monitoring
  • Configure and support networks, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless
  • Document solutions and procedures in Knowledge Base Platform
  • Assist with client onboarding, migrations, and upgrades
  • Communicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction

Requirements
  • 2+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and server environments
  • Familiarity with networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls)
  • Experience with RMM/PSA tools (ConnectWise, Datto, or similar)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft) preferred

Schedule
  • Full-time (Onsite), Monday-Friday
  • Remote on-call rotation may be required
