Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated helpdesk tickets
- Support MacOS, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Windows Server
- Manage Active Directory / Azure AD, user accounts, and permissions
- Perform patching, endpoint security, and system monitoring
- Configure and support networks, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless
- Document solutions and procedures in Knowledge Base Platform
- Assist with client onboarding, migrations, and upgrades
- Communicate professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
- 2+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and server environments
- Familiarity with networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls)
- Experience with RMM/PSA tools (ConnectWise, Datto, or similar)
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft) preferred
